Class Mate is looking for a Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in NG5.
You’ll support pupils through an important stage of their education, building on their EYFS foundations while developing confidence in reading, writing and mathematics.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 1 lessons
- Teach across the Year 1 National Curriculum
- Deliver and support effective phonics and early reading
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Adapt teaching for SEND and different abilities
- Establish positive behaviour and classroom routines
