1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant β ASD β NG3 Β£100βΒ£105 per day | Full-time | September start Class Mate is recruiting for a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a primary school in NG3.
Youβll provide consistent individual support, helping the pupil access learning, develop independence and feel confident within the classroom.
The Role
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
- Support access to classroom learning and activities
- Use appropriate strategies to support communication and engagement
- Help promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Adapt activities to meet individual needs
