Class Education are currently seeking dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our lovely team with vibrant schools in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. We have a variety of positions available including full, part time or flexible supply work, doing as few or as many days a week, working around other employment or commitments. As a Teaching Assistant in schools, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of students, working closely with teachers to provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting a classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities. * Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help if needed. * Help to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. * Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities if required. * Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation. Requirements: * Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. * A passion for working with children and supporting their development. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work productively with teachers and other staff members. * Flexibility and adaptability in a classroom setting.
