We're Seeking Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
- Has experience working in an early years setting
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Is passionate about supporting young children's development
- Works well as part of a team and uses initiative
- Communicates effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with EYFS
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Supporting children with personal care when necessary
