Year 4 Teacher – Full-time, daily supply from as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for Year 4 Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings in Brackley and the surrounding areas.

Duties as Year 4 Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress.
  • Assess and monitor pupil attainment, providing feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and adapt learning activities.
  • Manage behaviour effectively and promote a respectful learning culture.
  • Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.

Ideal Year 4 Teacher:

  • Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Has recent experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability.
  • Is confident delivering the national curriculum and supporting varied learning needs.
  • Has a clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.
