Duties as SEND Teacher:

- Working closely with teaching assistants and wider support staff

Ideal SEND Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEND pupils is highly desirable
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Understanding of differentiated learning and inclusive practice
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
