The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you’ll manage an education desk end‑to‑end, combining relationship‑led recruitment with strong commercial performance. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of school partnerships, sourcing high‑quality education professionals, and coordinating placements across daily supply, long‑term and permanent roles.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a high‑performing education recruitment area

  • Coordinating daily, short‑term, long‑term, and permanent placements
  • Sourcing high‑quality candidates
  • Managing interviews, feedback, and offers
