We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a busy, high-demand education desk. The Role
As a Recruitment Account Manager, you’ll manage an education desk end-to-end, combining relationship-led recruitment with strong commercial performance. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of school partnerships, sourcing high-quality education professionals, and coordinating placements across daily supply, long-term and permanent roles. This role would naturally suit an experienced recruitment professional, but we are also keen to hear from individuals with experience in education, sales, account management, healthcare, customer service or other relationship-driven industries who are motivated to develop a career in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a high-performing education recruitment area
- Building trusted relationships with schools and education professionals
- Coordinating daily, short-term, long-term, and permanent placements
- Sourcing high-quality candidates
- Managing interviews, feedback, offers
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Delivering a high level of service to both schools and candidates
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience (education preferred) OR experience working within education
- Alternatively, a background in sales, account management, healthcare, customer service, or another relationship-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A resilient, solutions-focused mindset
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
- A genuine passion for helping people and making a difference
What You’ll Get
- Salary of £27,000 – £33,000 depending on experience
