Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately for Primary School Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Northampton and the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on school requirements.

Duties as Primary School Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the primary curriculum
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
  • Assess and record pupil progress where required
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff teams
  • Contribute positively to wider school life during longer-term placements

Ideal Primary School Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
