Duties as KS2 Teacher
- Teach a Key Stage 2 class on Thursdays and Fridays
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the wider school community
- Participate in parents' evenings and school events
- Undertake lunchtime duty and other professional responsibilities as required
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and participation
Ideal KS2 Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to fully embracing the responsibilities of a class teacher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Salary
Your salary - dependent on experience - is paid weekly through PAYE - that means no self-employed or umbrella companies.
