We are looking for an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to join a secondary school site in Winchester for a key mobilisation assignment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing teams and helping establish a new catering operation from the ground up. Enhanced DBS is required.

The Role

  • Managing and supporting the catering team
  • Assisting with the mobilisation of the new school site
  • Helping ensure the site is fully set up and operational
  • Organising people, processes and day-to-day catering requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of food service, hygiene and customer service
