We at Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client - OCS, for a skilled and passionate COOK to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your culinary career in a professional, supportive environment with real opportunities for development and progression.

The Role:

  • Prepare, cook, and present meals to consistently high standards
  • Ensure all food meets national nutritional guidelines and food safety regulations
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene practices in line with HACCP standards
  • Plate and deliver meals in a timely manner to patient areas
  • Monitor stock levels and submit requisitions based on demand
  • Support menu planning, recipe development, and continuous service improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with COSHH, allergen awareness, and kitchen health & safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times

Location: Waterlooville (BN16 3BJ)

Shift Pattern: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Pay: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent)
  • Food hygiene certified
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and kitchen safety practices
  • Allergen awareness/training
  • Eligible to work in the UK
