We are looking for a talented Bar Staff to work for our client in the Manchester area. They want to recruit someone with demonstrable background of previous experience in the field. If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for, even if you’ve got limited work experience.
The Role
As the Bar Staff you’ll report to the Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for working in a team and working well under pressure and in new environments on a daily basis. Shifts: 5 out of 7 days working including weekends. Please note that the role requires working in unsociable hours.
Key Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Mixing drinks, managing inventory, ensuring hygiene standards, and providing a positive customer experience
- Enforcing age verification policies and sometimes assisting with food service or events
