Experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a better work/life balance? We're looking for a proven Restaurant Manager to lead a Garden Centre restaurant with approx 300 daily covers in the Andover area. The site has recently had a £500k refurbishment, so standards and expectations are high and the customers look forward to the refurbished service you can bring!
This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy operation, lead a large team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, coaching and developing a large restaurant team
- Running a high-volume, 300+ cover operation
- Delivering exceptional service and guest experiences
- Managing rotas, stock, labour and operational costs
- Maintaining high standards across the restaurant
- Working closely with the Garden Centre GM
- Building and nurturing a strong, motivated team
What we’re looking for:
Proven Restaurant Manager experience is essential. You’ll be hands-on, commercially aware, operationally strong and passionate about service. Garden Centre experience is a bonus, but great restaurant management experience is the priority.
