We Class 1 Personnel are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to work on behalf of our client, a well-established private college in Oxford. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working in a structured, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and service areas
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Supporting chefs and catering staff as required
- Serving food in a polite and friendly manner
- Setting up and clearing down service areas
- Replenishing counters and ensuring displays look presentable
- Following food hygiene and health & safety standards
Shifts
Evenings and weekends ONLY – flexibility is essential (4 - 6 hrs / shift)
Pay rate
£12.50 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Previous catering / kitchen experience (at least 1 yr)
