Class1 Personnel are recruiting for a School Chef, covering 280 meals per day with two general assistants to help. Fantastic working hours 08:15 to 13:00 Monday to Friday only.
Location: Nottingham
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Strong communicators who perform well under pressure
- Knowledgeable in food safety and hygiene standards
Duties may include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to specification
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Assisting with menu preparation and stock rotation
- Leading sections or supervising junior staff
Proven kitchen experience and strong culinary skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly. A professional attitude and excellent timekeeping are essential. A valid food hygiene certification is also necessary.
