Class 1 Personnel are recruiting Commis Chef for some of the most prestigious Lounges based at Heathrow Airport in Hounslow. The role mainly consists of general cooking duties for customers in the VIP lounges, following all Health and Safety guidelines.

Shift times: Early (4:30 AM – 1:00 PM) and Late (12:30 PM – 10:30 PM). Flexibility for both shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a top‑level cooking service to all customers within the lounge.
  • Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Support stock control and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
  • Follow direction from senior chefs and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in a chef role or similar position.
  • Excellent customer‑facing skills and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility with shift patterns.
  • Ability to present for an in‑person interview.
  • UK right to work and proof of National Insurance.
  • Ready to undergo a UK criminal check.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and with a "can‑do" attitude.
  • Smart appearance and dress code compliant.
  • Can arrive at Heathrow Airport by 4:00 AM.
