We at Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client - OCS, for a skilled and passionate COOK to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your culinary career in a professional, supportive environment with real opportunities for development and progression.
The Role:
- Prepare, cook, and present meals to consistently high standards
- Ensure all food meets national nutritional guidelines and food safety regulations
- Maintain excellent food hygiene practices in line with HACCP standards
- Plate and deliver meals in a timely manner to patient areas
- Monitor stock levels and submit requisitions based on demand
- Support menu planning, recipe development, and continuous service improvement
- Ensure full compliance with COSHH, allergen awareness, and kitchen health & safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times
Location: Waterlooville (BN16 3BJ)
Shift Pattern: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Pay: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent)
- Food hygiene certified
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and kitchen safety practices
- Allergen awareness/training
- Eligible to work in the UK
