Class 1 Personnel are working with a client based in Kingston upon Thames South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef/cdp to work in a stable environment with a strong reputation for delivering great food.
The role
The chef vacancy is a 9am to 6pm role with an hour break.
It is on a 5 in 7 basis.
The role is looking after the private patient requirements which is around 20 patients mainly for lunch and evening meal which is served at 5pm- so low volume.
The menus have recipes and are similar to a basic bistro / cafe environment.
Food is prepped in a dedicated kitchen and then finished up in the private patient area.
The chef will also need to provide some support to the main kitchen for the retail and patient area during down time.
It is fairly low skilled so someone looking to have a level of autonomy but at a fairly basic level would be fine.
