We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our busy kitchen team for a hospitality and catering company in Hounslow, West London.

- 5 days on, 2 days off
- Flexible working days, including weekends
- Early and late shifts on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to company standards.
- Manage your designated section efficiently during service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Work effectively as part of a busy, professional kitchen team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or in a similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
- Must be able to provide an HMRC Employment History Letter and 5 years of checkable employment history.
- Must be able to obtain or hold an Enhanced DBS check.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a practical chef assessment as part of the recruitment process.
