Class1 Personnel are seeking a Mobile Caretaker to support housing schemes across Hertfordshire, covering Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Luton and Cheshunt. You will carry out regular visits, perform low‑level maintenance and keep communal areas in excellent condition.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. A full UK driving licence is essential and travel between sites is expected; mileage is paid. You may require an Enhanced DBS or be able to apply for one.
