Are you a skilled chef ready for more freedom and variety in your work? We’re looking for experienced Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Parties to join our freelance team across Derby and the surrounding areas.

  • Schools, colleges & educational centres
  • MOD bases & military facilities
  • Residential care homes & assisted living sites
  • Local restaurants, pubs & boutique hotels
  • Holiday parks, leisure resorts & theme parks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience in professional kitchens (Head Chef, Sous Chef, or CDP level)
  • At least Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • A valid DBS is a bonus for education and healthcare sites
  • Your own transport is helpful but not essential
  • A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a love for great food
