We re looking for a talented Bar Staff to work for our client in Manchester area. They want to recruit someone with demonstrable background of previous experience in the field. If that s you then you could be exactly what they re looking for, even if you ve got limited work experience. The Role: As the Bar Staff you ll report to the Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for work in a team and work well under pressure and in new environments on a daily basis. Shifts: 5 out of 7 days working including weekends. Please note that the role required working in unsociable hours. In the job you ll be tasked with the following: – serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, -taking customer orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Key duties involve mixing drinks, managing inventory, ensuring hygiene standards, and providing a positive customer experience. They are also responsible for enforcing age verification policies and sometimes assisting with food service or events.
