Overview

We\'re looking for a talented 7.5 tonne driver to work for our client in Warrington.

The role requires demonstrable experience in the field and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and transporting mail from different sites and moving it to the next stage of the delivery process.
  • Working independently, driving fixed routes across the UK.
  • Loading and unloading the vehicle, delivering to schedule, and maintaining the security of loaded items throughout the journey.

Shifts: 5 on, 3 off pattern. Day and night shifts. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotational basis, including night driving, weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license with Category C (Class 2)
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Less than 6 penalty points
  • 3 years\' employment history available upon request
  • Pass a UK criminal record check
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A strong work ethic and \'can-do\' attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • UK right to work
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills
  • Flexible attitude and a team player

Desirable but not required: minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
