Job Summary
The Healthcare Assistant – Acute Frailty Hub role is a permanent, Band 2 position within Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust\’s new Acute Frailty Hub. Applicants will support the qualified nursing and medical staff in delivering direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Main Duties
- Assist in the delivery of personal patient care for a defined group of patients.
- Support the healthcare team with a range of clinical duties and tasks.
- Follow appropriate training and work within their sphere of competence.
