Our Secondary Academy continues on its transformational journey. Ofsted further commented that, ‘Pupils’ high-quality work and improved performance in published examination outcomes in many subjects reflect the quality of education they receive’ and that ‘Trust leaders prioritise this’ and are ‘taking decisive action to improve the quality of education and care that pupils receive’. Furthermore, ‘the way the school supports students to develop their character is exemplary’, providing experiences which ‘support them to stand out from others as well as giving them a broad experience of different careers’.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspirational Teacher of Spanish (KS3-KS4), who has excellent subject knowledge and is able to contribute to continued improvements in progress and student attainment.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Spanish to KS3–KS4 students with strong subject knowledge and commitment to high-quality education.
  • Contribute to improvements in student progress, attainment and wider school development.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and pastoral staff to maintain excellent behaviour and learning environments.
  • Participate in the school’s CPD programme and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience and expertise in teaching Spanish to KS3 and KS4.
  • Ability to contribute to school improvement and student attainment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
