What skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Be experienced in, or can demonstrate a desire to teach in EYFS or KS1. This includes a focus on natural resources and creating a beautiful yet purposeful environment, as well as having a focus on clear educational practice and outcomes.
  • Have a clear vision for the Early Years/KS1 provision and demonstrate a plan and drive to see developments through to completion.
  • Be a creative teacher who motivates and inspires children to learn through innovative and creative learning opportunities.
  • Have high expectations for standards of achievement and behaviour.
  • Be able to work collaboratively and be a strong and supportive team player.
  • Be an excellent communicator, committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and local governing committee.
  • Promote our Christian ethos, vision and values.
