A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join the ARP provision within a welcoming primary school in Barnet on a permanent basis from September 2026. The ARP supports a small group of 8 pupils in Years 3β6 with Autism, with some children also presenting with ADHD and associated challenging behaviours. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teacher who is committed to creating an inclusive, structured, and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

The successful SEN Teacher will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and associated behavioural needs
- Create a positive, safe, and structured learning environment
- Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to support pupil progress

To be considered for this SEN Teacher role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and ADHD
- Strong understanding of behaviour management and inclusive teaching strategies
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
