Job Description – Secondary Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available
- Use innovative teaching strategies to ensure all students make excellent progress
- Assess, track, and monitor student performance, providing targeted support where needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create engaging, innovative, and differentiated lessons
Person Specification – Secondary Maths Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential, with a strong subject knowledge
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates effective teaching methods with a creative flair
- Graded ‘Good – Outstanding’ in recent lesson observations
