We are a ‘Good’ graded 2-Form Entry Primary School located in the West London borough of Ealing and we are looking to recruit a passionate and driven Nursery / EYFS Leader that is looking to take on additional responsibility. This opportunity is in preparation for a September start and will allow you to become a part of the Middle Management team, while also allowing you to raise attainment and standards throughout the Early Years phase. This role will require you to take on a leadership responsibility and work/support a team of Nursery & Reception Teachers.
Located in Ealing, this fantastic Primary School has a forward-thinking SLT in place, that looks to see daily development from both pupils and staff.

- Nursing/ EYFS Leader
- Leading and raising attainment throughout a team of EYFS teachers
- Creating engaging and creative lessons – Involving playful learning
- Ensuring support and guidance is provided for both pupils and staff

PERSON:
- MUST have UK QTS
- You must be confident in your ability to teach and lead
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Must be a team player and look to support fellow Nursery/ EYFS Teachers
- Good understanding of the Teaching Standards
- Good Academics throughout: GCSE’s, A Levels and Degree
- Previous Lesson Observations are required: ‘Good or Outstanding’
