Are you a nurturing and imaginative teacher who believes that a child’s first experiences of school should be joyful, meaningful, and full of wonder? We are seeking a Nursery Class Teacher to join our Early Years team from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to bring creativity, care, and expertise to a role where every day is an opportunity to spark curiosity and foster a love of learning.

As a Nursery Class Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that capture children’s interests and extend their thinking. You will observe, assess, and reflect on each child’s progress, adapting activities to ensure all learners thrive. Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families will be central to your role, as will collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and continually enhance our Early Years provision.

What We’re Looking for – Nursery Class Teacher:

  • A qualified teacher (UK QTS) with experience in Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Confident in delivering the EYFS framework through a play-based, child-centred approach.
  • Skilled in supporting early communication, language, and phonics development (knowledge of Read Write Inc. is an advantage).
  • Reflective, creative, and eager to keep learning and developing your practice.
  • A positive team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
