The Role
- Deliver targeted small-group or one-to-one support sessions across core subjects (particularly English, Maths, and Science).
- Work closely with class teachers and Heads of Department to identify learning gaps and design tailored intervention sessions.

- Record progress, assess outcomes, and support classroom strategies to ensure long-term academic growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about supporting young people and raising achievement.
