- Lead and manage the IT / Business department, deliver outstanding teaching in IT and Business Studies, drive curriculum development, monitor student progress, support and mentor staff.
Ideal Candidate
- Must hold QTS
- Previous experience teaching IT and/or Business Studies
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong curriculum knowledge and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality education
