We wish to appoint an exceptional Head of Business and Economics to join the supportive environment of our Business and Economics Department, who will use their experience, extensive subject knowledge, and vision to deliver ambitious and high-quality learning and teaching opportunities. You will be a highly qualified and highly motivated individual who is an enthusiastic and dynamic professional committed to delivering success, who is looking to become part of a friendly, supportive and committed team. You will be passionate about Business and Economics and have a resolve to make a real difference to our pupils. You will be able to plan and deliver an interesting and stimulating curriculum, setting a level of challenge for all abilities across all key stages within lessons.

Key purpose – Head of Business and Economics:
- To take the lead role in the further development of Business and Economics.
- Must be able to teach Business Studies.
- Oversee the work of all teachers delivering the curriculum at KS3 – KS5, as well as supporting those with the aspiration to study at HE Level.
- Develop teachers within the team to meet their aspirations, and ensure quality of work.
- Ensure high standards and support the school's vision and ethos.
