• Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils.
• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils while creating a positive learning environment for all pupils including a high percentage of EAL.
• Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of the school.
• Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community.

• You have excellent up to date curriculum knowledge.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of how pupils learn and are able to adapt teaching to meet their needs.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering an inclusive and comprehensive curriculum.
• Have a passion for pupils’ educational achievements and understand the importance of effective behaviour management.
