Located within the popular London Borough of Westminster, this Outstanding Secondary School is looking to recruit a qualified Business Studies Teacher for the new year, starting January 2026.
The SLT are looking to recruit a talented Business Studies Teacher passionate about the subject, confident in their own academic ability and that shows real potential and promise. This is a full-time and permanent position, open to both newly qualified and experienced Business Studies Teachers.

About the role:
We are looking for a Business Studies Teacher who is committed to ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential. You will have passion, enthusiasm, alongside the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in your care. You will deliver consistently excellent teaching and learning, to help all students to achieve excellent academic results.
You will join a friendly and close-knit Business Studies department who believes strongly in teamwork and co-plan units of work together to ensure consistency and best practice across all classes and year groups. You will be well supported with your professional development. This Academy has an exceptional track record for training teachers. We welcome applications from ECT’s as well as more experienced candidates, with TLRs available for an appropriately qualified and experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate will:
- be an outstanding teacher of Business Studies or have the potential to become outstanding
- have Level 3 BTEC Business experience
- be experienced in raising or the desire to raise attainment in a challenging classroom environment
- have proven experience working or the desire to work successfully with students of all abilities
- be committed to the school's ethos of high expectations and no excuses and the belief that every child can succeed
