Essential Requirements
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (Apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Level 2 English and Mathematics (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent), or commitment to achieve
- Recognised FE teaching qualification (DET, PGCE or equivalent) OR willingness to undertake with full employer support
- Assessor qualification or willingness to obtain with employer support
Experience and Expertise
- Substantial experience in the electrical installation industry
- Proven teaching, training or assessment experience in technical subjects
- Workplace assessment experience
- Knowledge of Further Education sector and City and Guilds qualifications framework
