Person Specification:
- Comprehensive understanding and/or experience of delivering the National curriculum
- Knowledge and experience of the characteristics of high quality teaching and learning to secure progress and achievement for all pupils.
- Ability to / commitment to deliver at least consistent ‘good’ teaching
- Knowledge and experience of effective assessment and planning techniques including AFL.
- Understanding of the issues of working in an inner city school.
- A confident communicator with good listening skills
