The Role
- Deliver creative, inspiring, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
- Support pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development

- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the year group and wider school team
- Take part in the full life of the school, including planning, assessment, and staff meetings
The Person
- Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- A confident, reflective teacher with a track record of Good or Outstanding teaching
- Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting every pupil’s success, promoting a lifelong love of learning
- Brings a warm, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners
