Your role as a Nursery Room Leader:

  • You’ll take the lead within your room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
  • Lead and manage a room, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS.
  • Support and mentor team members, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers.
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised).
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice.
  • Previous leadership experience desirable.
