As Assistant Head Teacher – Teaching & Learning, you will work closely with the leadership team to promote high-quality classroom practice, support curriculum innovation, and help shape the strategic direction of the academy. You will also play an active role in mentoring and developing staff, ensuring that all pupils benefit from engaging and effective teaching.
The successful Assistant Head Teacher will:
