A secondary school in Enfield is seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of IT / Business to lead and develop the department from September 2026.

Role
Full‑time Head of IT / Business, starting September 2026. Lead and manage the IT / Business department, deliver outstanding teaching in IT and Business Studies, drive curriculum development, monitor student progress, support and mentor staff.
Ideal Candidate
- Must hold QTS
- Previous experience teaching IT and/or Business Studies
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong curriculum knowledge and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality education
- Ability to inspire both students and staff

Requirements
- QTS essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
