CLARUS EDUCATION in Harrow is seeking a strategic Head of Additional Learning Support for Foundation Learning.
You will lead ALS provision for High Needs learners, coordinate funding and ensure timely support aligned with EHCPs.
Reporting to the Director, you will manage a team, drive performance targets for ALS funding and Adult Education Budget, and build strong partnerships with Local Authorities to secure appropriate placements and resources for learners with SEND.
