Operations: Client Services & Delivery

Full time and Permanent

£Evolve and develop strong and efficient foundations across Client Services and Delivery functions to enable scale. Managing Client Services and Delivery teams to support and deliver high quality learning:

  • Creating strategy for further evolution of process, planning and delivery of programmes
  • Nurturing team to high performance

Projects:

  • Budget/ Financial Management (incl. High performance in delivery = 80% candidates completing programme on time)
  • Client satisfaction (TrustPilot ratings) = 4.6+/5 rating the Performance of the Operations team.
  • Embedding and achieving the Quarterly Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) targets
  • Supporting Quality Team with the Operations data for the Annual Self Assessment Report (SAR)

Honours degree or equivalent in discipline-related subject (i.e. finance/ economics) or business e.g. Business Management.

  • BTEC Level 3/ A Level (or equivalent) with PASS/ C grade in Maths.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) English:

Able to create and shape strategy that focuses on delivering business goals to timeframes through a team. Ability to manage and deliver against financial and company deadlines through a team. Is a skilled communicator of business and operational concepts to non-operational people verbally and visually. Is decisive and takes action, based on logical consideration of options in line with the organisation’s desired goals and agreed risk appetite. Able to oversee and manage budget for efficient operations of delivery of learning as well as support of the client onboarding and candidate journeys.
