Your role as a Nursery Room Leader
You'll take the lead within your room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
- Lead and manage a room, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support and mentor team members, promoting a positive and collaborative culture
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met
What we’re looking for
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice
- Previous leadership experience desirable
