Clarus Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in Bromley to recruit an experienced SEN Teacher for a permanent, full-time position starting in January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEN Teacher to join a supportive setting that is committed to providing high-quality, personalised education for pupils with a range of additional needs.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver tailored teaching and learning to pupils with special educational needs, working closely with the SENCo and wider inclusion team to support academic progress, emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual SEN needs
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH and complex learning needs
- Create a structured, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Track pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Contribute to EHCP targets and annual reviews
- Work collaboratively with support staff, families and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
- Proven experience teaching pupils with SEN
- Strong knowledge of inclusive practice and differentiation
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- Passionate about supporting vulnerable learners
- Available for a full-time, permanent role from January 2026
