Clarus Education are working with an ‘Outstanding’ graded and modern Primary School in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

The SLT require a passionate and creative KS2 Primary Teacher that is looking to take that next step in their career and take on additional responsibility as a Literacy Leader. This role will involve you working within a KS2 class, whilst also looking to raise attainment and standards throughout Literacy.

The school prides itself on its diversity and inclusivity and has a focus for seeing daily development from both pupils and staff. This is a great KS2 Primary Teacher + Literacy Leader (TLR) role, that will provide you scope for progress throughout the middle management responsibilities.

PERSON:

MUST hold UK QTS
Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum & KS2
KS2 Teaching experience & SATS experience
Good academics throughout: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
Must have a strong understanding of Literacy curriculum
Previous lesson observations: ‘Good or Outstanding’
