We’re working with a leading Further Education college in Cambridge seeking a dedicated GCSE Maths Lecturer to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. This is a full-time role offering an immediate start.
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging GCSE Maths lessons to learners, supporting them in achieving their academic goals, and fostering confidence with key mathematical concepts. The position is ideal for a lecturer who is passionate about helping students succeed in a supportive FE environment.
Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
- Experience delivering GCSE Maths within Further Education
- A commitment to high-quality teaching and learner progression
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
