Working with a prestigious Higher Education provider in Birmingham, I am seeking an accomplished Business Management Lecturer to join their academic team on a permanent basis. This role offers exceptional career prospects for experienced educators looking to advance their professional journey.

Position Overview

  • Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday (9am-6pm)
  • Location: Birmingham (on-site position)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Occasional Friday evening commitments until 9pm will be required.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years' UK Higher Education teaching experience
  • Masters qualification in Business Management or related field
  • FHEA and/or PG Certificate in Higher Education (essential)
  • Experience teaching Undergraduate students (Levels 4 & 5)
  • Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across Business Management modules
