The opportunity:
We are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to assist in providing a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment for children. You will work within the standards and requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum in planning and assessment, helping children of all attainment levels achieve their full potential. The children in the Nursery class are aged between 2½ years and 5 years.
Who are you?
The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and caring attitude with the ability to engage in a warm and supportive way with the children. You will be an effective communicator who can use their initiative to provide a variety of engaging and stimulating activities. We are only shortlisting candidates with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent to a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and have school experience.
